Nine months ago, I met my Cousin at a family function. I looked at my Cousin’s face and it looked amazing. I asked her what she had done to her face and she gave a glowing recommendation to “Beautiful Faces.”
Yesterday, I had the opportunity to visit the skin care center. The owner is pictured here and as you can see, her skin is flawless. Need I say more? Lol! After seeing my Cousin and Helena, the owner of “Beautiful Faces,” I was sold.
I arrived at the spa yesterday and Helena provided my sister and I with a friendly and professional consultation. Next, she asked what each of us hoped to achieve. I eagerly asserted, ” I need to get rid of these dark spots on my face that were left on my face because I picked at my pimples. I also told her that I have a very important on-camera project coming up that will require my face to look good.” She understood. Helena, said ok and we were off into the treatment room for beautifying (big smile).
I am recommending this spa because I received incredible service! I felt like I was number one and as a Consumer, that is EXACTLY how I want to be treated. My sister was also treated like a star! Can anyone say Concierge Skin Care Service? If so, great because that is what my experience felt like.
If you need spots removed, have aged looking skin that appears dull, or if you would just like to have a more youthful appearance, feel free to contact the staff at Beautiful Faces today @ (888)528-3874. You may also check out their web site @ www.BeautifulFacesGlobal.com.
I have been enjoying my exercise journey so immensely. I don’t waste time doing things that I do not absolutely enjoy. I am not eating just because I am bored, angry, or stressed out (emotional eating), but I am eating because I am hungry and I am eating to live. I’m in a great place. I intend to continue my exercise or weight loss journey…… my way.

Today I went on my walk along the trails. I saw this tree and it really spoke to me. This tree reminded me of life. The tree has a large branch broken off of it. It has no leaves but the roots are really strong. I decided to take a picture so that I could capture this beautiful moment in time. I call this the “Tree of Life.”
Have you ever seen something like a piece of art, a rock, a beach setting, or a sunrise that speaks to you? If so, then you understand why I had to share this moment with you.
Leave a comment and let me know what things move you.
Have you ever wondered whether or not there is a real recipe for success in life? Have you ever wondered why it seems like some people have a “proven” recipe for success while other people who seem to be working just as hard continue to struggle?
When I was a kid, my Mommy and I enjoyed finding recipes and then making the recipes. Her advice to me was, “Make sure you follow the recipe!” I would laugh and say, “I will.” I was always excited to add all of the necessary ingredients and watch it form into something tasty and something that the whole family would enjoy. In most instances, when you follow the recipe as a cook, the dish turns out great. However, there are some instances when you follow the recipe that was given and the dish DOES NOT turn out right. Why? Maybe the person who gave out the recipe forgot an intrigal part of the recipe. That happens, right? Maybe the cook did not handle the contents of the recipe correctly. Sometimes, people leave out the most important component of a recipe and this omission causes disaster to the recipe.
I was thinking. Maybe, this same thing happens in life. Have you ever read a book from an entrepenuer or someone famous who tells you their secret to success? Have you ever tried to implement some of the tools that they said would work, but when you tried it, it was an awful disaster?
In life, maybe the best thing to do is create your own recipe for success. Just maybe………………
I just wanted to provide encouragement to you all this week. I hope that you are happy and thriving in all that you do. I want you to be the best at whatever you do. If you are a student, then be the best student. If you are a dancer, then become the best dancer. If you are a singer, then become the best singer. If you enjoy reading, then be the best reader that you can be.
I just wanted to say that I admire you all for being such beautiful and intelligent lights in the world. Please continue to be that way.
A JWJ reader suggested that I focus more blogs on young men. I must admit at first, I felt that I was not qualified for this job as a woman, but after thinking about it long and hard, I have decided to accept the challenge.
This week I would like to discuss a taboo topic for boys and young men…….E-M-O-T-I-O-N-S.
In our society, from boyhood to manhood, men are told that they should hide their emotions. Often times, men suppress their feelings. After feelings have been suppressed for a long time, the person suppressing those feelings could become a “boiling pot” and begin to become so heated and angry that they do something harmful to themselves or others.
If you or someone that you know has a problem with showing emotions, please talk to someone that you trust about this issue. I suggest talking to someone who is a older and wiser than you are and who is mature enough to understand that “all people” regardless of gender deserve the opportunity to express their feelings. Just know that showing your emotions does not make you soft, weak, or any less of a young man. In truth, showing your emotions will make you a better person, a better son, a better brother, and a better friend.
If you would like to discuss your feelings or talk about why you do not share your feelings, feel free to drop a line to me. Also, if you do not know how to listen to your emotions and determine how you feel about things, I want to hear from you.
